This is a baby bunny we found in our backyard.
This is it's mother. Can you see her by the fence to the left? She kind of blends in.
This is the nest.
We have a cat, Tangent, who likes bunnies. But more on the line of a snack. Tangent is an outside cat, except for the past few weeks. We have had to keep him inside and he is not quite happy with us. We do let him out for supervised visits. Every time he heads straight to their old nest and sits and waits and watches. It is kinda funny.
They then moved to behind the ivy. So he waits. And so do we. As cute as the bunnies are, we will be glad when they have moved on.
